📋 Description

• Serve as the go-to escalation point for Customer Success, responding to ad-hoc technical questions from CSMs, TAMs, and TSEs • Join customer calls when deep technical expertise is needed, supporting the CSM or TAM who owns the relationship • Identify knowledge gaps and create, review, and improve technical and process documentation • Partner with Security, Detection & Response, and Engineering to bring knowledge into the team and operationalize it • Curate internal and external knowledge repositories and direct people to self-service answers • Enable CSM, TAM, and Technical Support teams to reduce inbound questions over time • Coach and mentor less experienced teammates • Maintain records of inquiry volume to help prioritize team efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security • At least 3.5 years in a technical, customer-facing role, ideally consultative • Real depth across three or more security product spaces, such as EDR, NDR, SIEM, and cloud • Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills • Firm grasp of the cybersecurity market, products, providers, strengths, and weaknesses • Fluency in security controls across Windows, Unix/Linux, AWS, GSuite, O365, and network gear • Knowledge of attack vectors, threat tactics, attacker techniques including ATT&CK, and the attack lifecycle • Strong consultative skills, including active listening, conflict management, negotiation, and escalation judgment • Authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant certifications are a plus
