📋 Description

• Build and lead a team of solution engineers serving the SLED Business Central Region • Provide value-based evaluation scenarios, including demonstrations, labs and proofs of concept • Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build relationships • Set the go-to-market strategy for the territory with revenue leaders • Escalate customer feedback and product obstacles or gaps to executive staff • Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate with prospects, channel partners and sales teams • Maintain close working relationships with product, engineering, sales, marketing and services • Source and screen candidates and manage the interview process • Act as a player/coach, delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering capacity • 2+ years of direct front line management experience, including hiring, training and retaining top talent • Industry expertise within Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and/or Cloud Computing • Snowflake experience strongly preferred • Outstanding presenting skills for technical and executive audiences • Ability to connect customers’ specific mission problems with Snowflake’s solutions • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
