📋 Description
• Conduct real-time intakes on cases so the team can find the best experts • Perform real-time chart reviews focusing on standard of care and physician documentation for chronologies • Assist the Expert Search team with reviewing expert answers and bios for quality and fit in medical malpractice and personal injury cases • Assist in-house MDs with primary research, including literature searches and previous case settlements using LexisNexis Medical Navigator
🎯 Requirements
• RN or NP required • Strong clinical knowledge • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Teamwork and collaboration skills • 1–2 years at a law firm or experience doing Legal Nurse Consulting desired • Experience working in an emergency care department desired
