📋 Description

• Assist customers by reserving the best storage unit to fit their individual needs • Deliver amazing customer service to inbound customers • Handle customer calls regarding storage needs • Work with a close-knit call center team • Receive coaching to maximize monthly commission and pursue promotions at the call center or corporate office

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish • Must reside in one of: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT • Experience in sales/customer service • Ability to connect over the phone • Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications • High school diploma or GED • Must pass background and drug screening • Able to work 1 weekend day
