📋 Description

• Oversee commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS within mission-critical and other facilities • Ensure systems are installed, tested, and functioning according to project specifications and operational requirements • Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with stakeholders • Drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability • Develop and implement training programs for SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies • Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional growth • Allocate and manage resources to meet project requirements • Identify and recruit talent for the Field Operations team • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback • Lead safety training programs and processes • Lead teams through commissioning with project managers, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Oversee integration of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS with other building systems • Develop and execute testing and validation plans • Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and client representatives on transitions from construction to commissioning • Ensure detailed records of commissioning activities and system documentation are maintained • Implement and enforce quality control measures • Improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency through design optimization and maintainability • Provide guidance on new technologies or platforms • Optimize team efficiency, streamline processes, and maximize productivity • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning SCADA and BMS systems • Strong background in project management and system integration • Preferably 2+ years of team lead or management experience • Proficiency in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies • Familiarity with IT and network systems • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Up to 30% travel • Typical work hours between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, with availability to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs • Employment contingent upon successfully passing a background and drug test
