âą Establish and maintain manufacturing program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting standards âą Manage strategic manufacturing initiatives across multiple plants, product lines, and operational disciplines âą Identify and mitigate risks, maintain RAID logs, drive corrective actions, and escalate when necessary âą Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, financials, benefits, and key decisions âą Lead and develop a team responsible for NPIs, capacity expansions, new operations, line launches, and process improvement initiatives âą Lead cross-functional manufacturing support teams across Safety, Quality, Operations Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Planning & Scheduling, Continuous Improvement, and Business Technology âą Develop and maintain manufacturing infrastructure and capacity plans âą Oversee integration of capital equipment, systems, and technologies into manufacturing operations âą Investigate and recommend technologies and process improvements to improve productivity, quality, safety, visibility, and ergonomics âą Provide engineering insight for Design for Manufacturability and process readiness âą Lead manufacturing financial objectives including CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery âą Collaborate with regional teams on operational readiness and compliance âą Track manufacturing quality concerns and feed insights into product and process improvements âą Improve visibility into manufacturing process flow and operational KPIs through dashboards and standard reporting âą Facilitate structured decision making for layouts, equipment, processes, and technology selections âą Drive Lean principles into daily management, deliverables, systems, and processes âą Facilitate adoption of new systems, processes, and projects using change management methods such as ADKAR âą Support bids and proposals with manufacturing inputs on capacity, timelines, risks, cost, and technology recommendations âą Perform other related duties as required and assigned
âą Bachelor's degree required in any related field of study âą Master's degree preferred âą 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrialized construction, or related field âą Travel: 0-25% âą Work between 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday âą Successful completion of a background and drug test âą Ability to lead and develop Managers, Manufacturing Projects and Associate Managers, Manufacturing Projects âą Knowledge of manufacturing program governance, performance metrics, reporting standards, capacity planning, and operational readiness âą Experience with new product introductions, capacity expansions, line launches, facility readiness, process changes, capital equipment, systems, and technologies âą Knowledge of Lean principles and change management methods such as ADKAR âą Experience with CapEx, COGS drivers, ROI strategies, and value delivery âą Ability to collaborate with cross-functional manufacturing and business technology teams âą Ability to support compliance with local regulations and standards
