📋 Description

• Lead technical design and delivery of partner onboarding systems, integration platforms, and APIs connecting external partners to Fanatics ONE • Architect and build the Account Linking Platform for connecting external partner accounts to Fanatics ONE identities • Drive secure, reliable identity provider integrations at scale • Build loyalty program integration systems for FanCash, Tier Point, and One Credit earning and redemption • Establish technical patterns and standards; review code and ensure systems are observable, testable, and maintainable • Align with Identity, Loyalty, and SDK engineering teams on APIs, contracts, integration patterns, architecture, and development practices • Engage external partners and technical teams to translate integration requirements into scalable platform solutions • Improve developer experience through tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities • Mentor engineers through pairing, design reviews, and engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a staff-level or equivalent technical leadership role • Strong full stack engineering background across backend services, APIs, and frontend tooling • Deep experience designing and building integration platforms, partner APIs, or developer-facing systems • Proven experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and identity provider integrations • Track record of architecting distributed systems that operate reliably at scale • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and external stakeholders • Experience working in a multi-tenant or multi-opco environment
