📋 Description

• Respond to inbound call-center calls by promoting Farmers insurance products • Consult with customers to understand their needs • Sell insurance products that best fit customer needs • Make outbound calls to optimize sales potential • Gather customer data to generate quotes and bind business • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships • Educate customers about coverages and costs • Qualify customers for additional products and services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities • Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment • Property and Casualty License Required • Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals • Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry • Proven ability to take initiative, solve problems, and prioritize tasks • Direct sales skills and aptitude to influence customers and close the sale • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to adapt communication style to each phone call • Ability to explain complex policy and coverage information understandably • Must be eligible to obtain resident/non-resident property and casualty license in all required states • Self-motivated and goal-oriented • Customer-focused • Tech-savvy and adaptable • Coachable and curious • Accountable and reliable • High School Diploma or GED • Active Property & Casualty license • Must be available for any shifts within department hours, including evenings, rotational Saturdays, and holidays
