📋 Description

• Provide business application expertise during analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of a system development life cycle • Troubleshoot complex browser and authentication problems with agents • Assist with data gathering, including interviewing, document analysis and group systems development sessions • Assist with data analysis activities and development of data and process models • Identify business problems and translate them into information needs • Assist in defining technology solutions • Prepare analysis, design and construction documentation • Assist in developing and performing test scenarios • Assist in planning data conversions • Participate in developing user documentation and conducting user training • Assist in the Model Office as needed • Provide monthly analysis of performance of various e-business products and functions • Provide quality assurance compliance with department procedures and industry standards • Perform other assigned functions

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree preferred • IIA Certificate of Insurance and two years of experience with Farmers/Foremost Specialty or commensurate with the Farmers Group • Four years of experience with the Farmers Group • Experience in one or more project subject areas (e.g. Underwriting) • At least two years of experience as a Digital Customer Experience Analyst • Broad knowledge of Internet Explorer, other browsers and Adobe Acrobat Reader • In-depth knowledge of ForemostSTAR website and experience using ForemostSTAR • Intermediate knowledge in Specialty Lines products and processing systems • Broad knowledge of various agency management systems • High-level PC and internet skills, including terminology and file downloading • Intermediate skill level with MS Office applications
