📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the development of solutions and strategic projects. • Define scalable, secure and high-performance architectures. • Develop end-to-end features and applications with a hands-on approach. • Drive technical decisions and ensure the adoption of development best practices. • Work autonomously to resolve complex problems from conception through production delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into technical solutions. • Perform code reviews, share knowledge and support the team's technical growth. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in architecture, processes and delivery quality. • Ensure the scalability, maintainability and performance of applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in software development and technical project leadership. • Proficiency in one of the following stacks: TypeScript, Ruby or Flutter. • Familiarity with other technologies in the stack and willingness to collaborate when needed. • Experience in software architecture, defining standards and engineering best practices. • Proven experience developing scalable, high-performance and highly available applications. • Experience with REST APIs, system integrations and service-oriented architecture. • Proficiency with source control (Git) and development best practices. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Ability to lead projects autonomously from technical definition through production delivery.
