📋 Description

• Lead discovery across products by talking to users, reading transcripts, pulling analytics, and identifying where users disengage • Define design rules for generative and declarative UI, including model composition, fixed elements, and recovery from incorrect assumptions • Ship the first version on WhatsApp and define how patterns extend to native iOS and Android • Set direction for how products coexist in one thread, how context carries, and how users understand Félix's actions with their money • Bring cross-product direction to squad designers across Credit, Core Send, Activations, and other teams • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to incorporate disclosures and consent into the conversational experience • Research, prototype, present, and generate concepts with PMs and runtime engineers • Work in an async-first environment with lightweight processes and fast decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years designing consumer products with a high bar for craft, including two years leading design on a conversational or AI-native product • Track record of leading discovery across product teams and turning it into direction they adopted • Hands-on experience with declarative UI • Bonus experience with generative UI (json-render.dev, A2UI) • Ability to work from pixel-level design through strategy • Deep Figma fluency and comfort prototyping in code • At least two mobile products shipped end to end • Fluency with AI tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex • High tolerance for legal, risk, model behavior, and failure-state constraints • Willingness to share work before polished and invite early critique • Required portfolio link, including at least one conversational or generative UI project with reasoning visible • Native or near-native Spanish is a bonus • Bonus experience in fintech, another regulated domain, WhatsApp Business Platform, or similar messaging surfaces • Equivalent competencies in the listed requisites will also be considered
