📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, including web user interfaces, backend services, and API-based integrations • Build and support cloud native services hosted on Microsoft Azure • Develop and maintain REST-based APIs and integration services • Support data-integrated workflows, including batch and near real-time processing, orchestration, and monitoring • Collaborate with software engineering, data engineering, architecture, security, and business partners • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code automation • Perform code reviews and implement automated testing • Monitor application and system health using logging, alerting, and observability tools • Troubleshoot complex full-stack issues and perform root cause analysis • Maintain user documentation, application builds, support procedures, and operational runbooks • Recommend improvements to performance, reliability, scalability, and operational maturity • Participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call support team • Respond to alerts and incidents outside standard business hours • Perform triage, investigation, and mitigation to restore service • Document incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions • Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives • Maintain ownership of production stability and customer impact

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on professional experience • Solid experience developing full stack applications, including modern frontend frameworks and backend service development • Experience with C#/.NET and one or more of Node.js, Java, or Python • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices • Strong database management skills, including data modeling and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud native application architectures • Experience designing and supporting API-based integrations and distributed systems • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and data pipeline orchestration tools • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and Infrastructure as Code practices • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively under production support pressure • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners • Ability to participate in a 24x7 rotational on-call support team • Willingness to balance new development with production support duties in a 24x7 environment
