📋 Description

• Answer phones, chat, social media, and email professionally • Work with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships • Identify customer issues or concerns through probing questions • Maintain and update customer account information accurately • Resolve customer requests while reducing additional questions • Schedule delivery orders and negotiate issues for new and returning customers • Handle service order input, emergency scripts, uncontrollable loss accounts, contract information, and basic pricing questions • De-escalate customer situations according to the complaint resolution policy • Send statements and invoices; perform soft collections, cash handling, and telephone payments • Support setup of new customer accounts • Meet or exceed company performance standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 or more years of customer service experience • Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States • Must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa
