• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Nufactor’s pharmacy network • Ensure the safe, compliant, and high-quality preparation and delivery of specialty infusion therapies • Oversee all aspects of pharmacy practice management, including workflow optimization, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and workforce performance • Direct pharmacy initiatives that strengthen patient safety and maintain accreditation readiness • Collaborate with Nufactor leadership to integrate pharmacy operations into broader clinical, quality, and technology initiatives
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from an accredited college of pharmacy • Minimum ten (10) years of progressive executive-level pharmacy leadership, preferably within a specialty or infusion-therapy environment • Mastery of federal and state pharmacy law, including DEA and FDA regulations governing sterile compounding, controlled substances, and specialty-infusion dispensing • In-depth command of USP and related aseptic standards, environmental monitoring, and documentation requirements • Expertise in accreditation and quality-management frameworks such as URAC, ACHC, and The Joint Commission, including survey preparation and continuous-readiness practices • Demonstrated record of regulatory and accreditation leadership, including oversight of inspections, audits, and successful accreditation renewals.
