📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain automated acquisition systems, including AI-driven outbound workflows, enrichment pipelines, lead routing, and lifecycle automation • Build and operate personalization logic for inbound and outbound programs at scale • Instrument and integrate the CDP, marketing automation, CRM, and experimentation stack • Identify high-propensity customer segments and build models to score and prioritize acquisition targets • Enrich audience profiles using data append, third-party signals, and web scraping where appropriate • Translate pipeline goals into automated campaign workflows spanning acquisition, onboarding, and account graduation • Build experimentation infrastructure for testing messaging, offers, and channel mix • Convert successful pilots into evergreen, automated motions • Build and maintain dashboards for funnel performance, segment health, and campaign attribution • Partner with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data and analytics, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales teams to align systems and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building automated, AI-driven customer acquisition infrastructure • Experience with AI-driven outbound workflows, enrichment pipelines, lead routing, and lifecycle automation • Experience building personalization logic based on audience segments, behavioral signals, and lifecycle stage • Experience integrating CDP, marketing automation, CRM, and experimentation tooling • Experience identifying high-propensity customer segments using quantitative and qualitative data • Experience building models to score and prioritize acquisition targets • Experience with data enrichment, third-party signal aggregation, and web scraping • Experience translating pipeline goals into automated campaign workflows • Experience building experimentation infrastructure for messaging, offers, and channel mix • Experience building reporting dashboards for funnel performance, segment health, and campaign attribution • Ability to collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle marketing, data and analytics, marketing operations, product marketing, and sales teams • Strong systems thinking, analytical rigor, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in ambiguous, data-rich environments • Excellent communication skills for translating technical systems to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, walking, talking, hearing, keyboarding, and reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, crawling, and stretching
