📋 Description

• Support executives throughout their financial planning journey • Deliver personalized guidance and deepen client relationships • Identify opportunities for growth • Support targeted client engagement initiatives • Ensure client interactions and documentation meet compliance standards • Proactively address complex client needs to deliver an exceptional client experience • Partner closely with Executive Planning Consultants • Incorporate workplace plan benefit and plan provisions into the planning process • Present offerings to executives, board members, and plan sponsors • Provide elevated assistance for brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning • Provide benefits education and financial planning guidance to a growing base of executives • Implement a structured client contact strategy in partnership with multiple Executive Planning Consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Certified Financial Planner and Certified Equity Professionals are highly encouraged • Ability to effectively collaborate with clients while delivering highly personalized support to executives • Proven knowledge of brokerage, insurance, money management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning • Demonstrated success building and deepening relationships with highly compensated executives • Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance, quality, and accuracy • Experience identifying client needs and recommending solutions to support long-term goals • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex client issues effectively • Ability to support business development and client engagement initiatives • Must not have criminal history restrictions that prevent hiring or association under applicable laws and regulations • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
