📋 Description

• Operate as the subject matter expert for Nonqualified (NQ) plan setup • Consult on best practices and preferred solutions • Interact directly with plan sponsors • Build a network by working with business partners across internal groups • Provide operational subject matter expertise • Manage annual enrollment events • Deliver positive outcomes that improve the plan sponsor and participant experience • Contribute to high-quality recordkeeping and customer service within Workplace Investing Defined Contributions Client Services • Support client acquisition, client retention, and revenue opportunities through quality customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 plus years of related experience working with retirement plans and interacting with Plan Sponsors • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with Nonqualified Plans preferred • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills • Ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner • Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking • Service mindset focused on customer needs • Flexibility in adapting to varying workloads • Sound judgment • Capacity to influence strategies with clients • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position • Candidates may be restricted from hiring or association based on certain Criminal Histories under applicable laws and regulations
