📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients • Act as primary relationship manager for a select group of executives • Provide personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management support • Integrate workplace benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans • Deliver ongoing consultation and relationship management to support outstanding client experience • Collaborate with managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates • Drive client engagement, business growth, and client satisfaction • Present executive services offerings during business reviews • Cultivate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events • Identify strategies to increase assets under management and expand client relationships • Provide planning and guidance for Fidelity's Workplace Investing executive clients

🎯 Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required for the role but are not required to apply; successful candidates must obtain and maintain required registrations as a condition of employment • Ability to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning • Proven track record of sales success within the financial services industry • Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans • Demonstrated success developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients • Strong ability to assess clients' unique financial needs and recommend tailored investment and planning solutions • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% • Comprehensive knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Strategic thinking and ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills in one-on-one and group settings • Strong territory management capabilities and ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation preferred • Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment strongly encouraged • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
