📋 Description

• Maintain regular customer engagement cadences throughout implementation, from sales handoff through value realization • Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and activities needed to achieve them • Conduct regular onboarding reviews, track progress, and adapt plans as needed • Cultivate customer champions and expand their Fieldguide platform knowledge • Connect customers with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations • Identify implementation success risks and develop action plans to mitigate them • Document customer value through case studies, new use cases, and success metrics • Track customer progress against adoption maps and measure value realization over time • Deliver the Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to new customers

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology/workpapers review • 4+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup • Strong consulting skills helping complex organizations succeed and driving business value as a trusted advisor • Project management proficiency and ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with little direct oversight • Ability to professionally problem-solve while managing several customers • Executive presence and ability to influence change • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams • Bias toward action and ownership of projects end-to-end with minimal direction or oversight • Experience working as a practitioner at an audit, advisory, or CPA firm
