📋 Description

• Lead important deployments for large enterprise customers from scoping through production • Own technical delivery across single-tenant and government-cloud environments, regulated data, and differing audit methods • Write production code, build agents, integrations and tools, and solve difficult technical problems • Advise partners, CIOs and audit leaders on applying AI agents to their practices • Hire, coach and grow forward deployed engineers • Develop playbooks, tools and metrics to make deployment repeatable and accelerate time-to-value • Identify patterns across deployments and collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer solutions into reusable platform features • Report to the CTO/co-founder and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in forward deployed, deployment, solutions or customer engineering • Recent experience writing production software and willingness to remain hands-on • Experience leading or mentoring engineers • Comfort working with senior enterprise stakeholders, especially in regulated or complex environments • Good judgment about building for one customer versus the platform • Ability to push back on scope when it matters • Excitement about bringing AI agents into high-stakes professional work • Experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm (bonus) • Knowledge of audit, accounting, risk or compliance (bonus) • Experience deploying LLM or agent-based systems in production (bonus)
