📋 Description

• Build and maintain Voice of Customer systems synthesizing signals from engagement partners, managers, staff auditors, Solutions, Implementation, and Sales • Establish mechanisms for measuring product success and user impact, including dashboards and KPIs • Own analysis behind major product bets, including competitive positioning, agent capability expansion, and agent unit economics • Own and improve product development processes, tooling, and team rituals, including planning cycles, roadmap reviews, and monthly business reviews • Build run-of-business systems such as launch calendars, intake frameworks, and RACI structures • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market • Build the product strategy and operations function from zero

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, product or corporate strategy, consulting, or a closely related operational role at a high-growth tech or SaaS company • Built processes and programs from scratch and scaled them thoughtfully • Strong ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations and roadmap inputs • Ability to pull data independently • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering without direct authority
