📋 Description

• Own quality and automation for large enterprise deployments • Keep environments consistent across SaaS and PaaS deployments and prevent configuration drift from becoming a defect • Build agentic automation for bug triage, reproduction, and routing • Use agentic tools to resolve bugs and ship fixes • Run repeatable bug bashes on new features before release • Own bug reporting and communication, including severity-weighted trends, hotspots, and quality outlook • Work with customers to improve issue reporting, fix validation, and release readiness • Improve automated testing coverage, CI signal, and test stability • Connect customer-reported issues to tests or environment checks that would have caught them • Create and curate datasets to support agent-quality evaluation • Depending on level, own customer quality experience, set automation standards, drive release-confidence initiatives, mentor engineers, and shape long-term quality strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Production software engineering experience — you write and ship code, not only tests • Hands-on experience building test automation and CI quality gates that engineers actually rely on • Real use of AI or agentic tooling as part of how you work • Experience working directly with customers or enterprise users on issues they care about • Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes without a defined queue • Nice-to-have: Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Hasura, GraphQL • Nice-to-have: E2E and integration frameworks such as Playwright or Cypress • Nice-to-have: Experience with both multi-tenant SaaS and single-tenant or self-managed enterprise deployments • Nice-to-have: Infrastructure exposure for environment parity work — AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform • Nice-to-have: Observability and tracing tooling such as Datadog • Nice-to-have: Experience building agentic workflows or internal tooling with LLMs • Nice-to-have: Performance and load testing, especially on long-running workflows • Nice-to-have: Security and compliance environments (SOC 2, FedRAMP, or similar) • Nice-to-have: Background in audit, accounting, financial services, or another regulated domain
