📋 Description

• Serve as strategic and operational partner to the VP of Operations • Lead a multidisciplinary team across business operations, program management, analytics, and operational efficiency • Translate company strategy into priorities, decision-quality insights, and scalable operating plans • Develop, coordinate, and implement systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards • Provide leadership and guidance to the team and foster a collaborative work environment • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of team projects and initiatives • Establish and monitor operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity • Implement best practices, monitor KPIs, and develop strategies for operational excellence • Set the analytical agenda for access, supply, and network optimization • Lead analysis of retention, segmentation, utilization, and other critical metrics • Develop business cases and recommendations for new markets, channels, service lines, partnerships, and strategic transactions • Lead cross-functional launches and transformations involving payers, geographies, channels, service lines, integrations, and internal capabilities • Establish governance, ownership, milestones, dependencies, escalation paths, and decision-ready recommendations • Build reusable launch playbooks • Build workforce-planning capabilities, including forecasting, staffing models, scheduling optimization, and resource allocation • Lead workflow redesign, process standardization, automation, and tooling improvements • Establish service levels and performance rhythms and measure productivity, capacity, quality, and financial impact • Lead and develop a high-performing team across operations, analytics, program management, and operational excellence • Translate company strategy into operational priorities and own annual and quarterly Operations planning cadences • Partner with the VP of Operations and senior leaders to incubate capabilities and drive high-impact work • Improve team use of data, tools, and AI to deliver results

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, program leadership, operational excellence, or a comparable field • At least 3 years in management consulting or investment banking • Track record of structuring ambiguous problems, developing analytically rigorous recommendations, and translating them into operating plans and measurable results • Experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives and creating accountability across teams not directly managed • Strong quantitative and financial acumen • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling • Experience with forecasting, business cases, unit economics, performance metrics, and executive-level analysis • Exceptional organization and follow-through • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including decision memos and executive presentations • People-leadership experience and ability to coach and develop high-performing teams • High agency and autonomy • Strong systems thinking, including operating cadences, playbooks, SLAs, dashboards, and clear handoffs • Comfort operating in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve • Practical experience using AI tools for analysis, workflow design, decision support, or team productivity • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm followed by 3–5 years in an operating, strategy, or business operations role • Preferred: MBA, another relevant advanced degree, or equivalent experience • Preferred: experience in healthcare, technology-enabled services, marketplaces, or environments managing supply, demand, access, and service quality • Preferred: experience building or leading business operations, program management, workforce management, operations analytics, continuous improvement, or automation capabilities • Preferred: familiarity with SQL, business-intelligence tools, workforce-planning systems, or other analytical and operational technologies
