📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles • Source technical and go-to-market talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Reddit, job boards, and professional networks • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines across multiple requisitions while balancing speed, quality, diversity, and inclusion • Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, team dynamics, market insights, and hiring strategy • Manage candidate progress, interview scheduling, and records in Greenhouse • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve recruiting strategies and processes • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates, feedback, and professional interviews • Contribute to Fingerprint’s employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and opportunities • Provide data-driven market insights and recommendations to hiring managers and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and go-to-market functions • Track record of independently owning high-volume requisitions with minimal oversight • Demonstrated focus on quality of hire, including post-hire performance and retention • Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Gem • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Familiarity with technical concepts and terminology, including engineering and technical role requirements • Candidates must be authorized to work from their home location • Agency experience preferred but not required • Preference for experience in SaaS B2B startup organizations
