📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end licensing processes for BCBAs and RBTs, including submissions, renewals, and updates across multiple states and jurisdictions • Monitor licensing regulations and changes for behavioral health professionals • Update internal procedures and ensure compliance with state boards and regulatory bodies • Oversee an offshore licensing team responsible for application preparation, submissions, and follow-up • Triage and respond to licensing inquiries and guidance requests from BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff • Maintain compliance, documentation, and quality standards across licensing activities • Lead workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround times and improve provider satisfaction • Collaborate with product, provider success, compliance, HR, finance, and other teams • Adapt to evolving responsibilities and projects as Finni Health grows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or compliance roles for healthcare professionals • Strong understanding of state licensing requirements and multi-jurisdictional licensing for BCBAs and RBTs • Deep knowledge of licensing processes, common blockers, and remediation best practices • Ability to handle application submissions, renewals, and updates at scale • Ability to analyze complex licensing data and implement data-driven solutions • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement in licensing workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to work with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and licensing/credentialing management tools • Experience with EHR or RCM platforms is a plus • Passion for Finni Health's mission • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing startup environment • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must have 5+ years of experience specifically in healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment • Experience in mental health or behavioral health • Experience managing Medicaid payer credentialing
