📋 Description

• Provide market intelligence on bolt on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context within the subsector • Make introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives in the existing network • Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations for sector specific operating fit and risk • Participate in PE sponsor pitches when the subsector and operating background are relevant • Provide operational due diligence input on target companies • Advise the Fireclay team on positioning and messaging for sponsor outreach and sourcing campaigns • Partner with the Fireclay team on specific healthcare services deals where domain expertise creates value • Support engagements typically running three to twelve months on a deal-specific basis

🎯 Requirements

• Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, or Division President experience at a PE backed healthcare services platform, MSO, physician practice, hospital system, medical device company, or pharma services operator • Twenty years or more in healthcare services operations • At least the last decade in leadership at a multi site or multi state platform • Existing relationships with founder physicians, practice owners, and senior executives across the relevant subsector • Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, senior executives, and PE professionals across the relevant subsector • Comfort representing Fireclay professionally to PE sponsors and target company management • Discretion when handling non public information and competitive intelligence • Willingness to work on a flexible per engagement basis without fixed hours or commitments • Resume or LinkedIn URL • Brief statement describing subsector focus and two or three relevant operating engagements or transactions • Two or three reference contacts
