📋 Description

• Develop and retain a quality client base within the assigned territory • Acquire new business and maintain existing customers to maximize sales volume • Build client relationships and secure new orders from new customers • Maintain and expand business with the existing client base • Compile prospective customer lists using networking, websites, newspapers, business directories, industry ads, trade shows and other sources • Develop and execute call plans for qualified real estate agents, brokers and their staff, lenders and attorneys • Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement plans to meet those needs • Attend real estate industry functions and participate in community and real estate events • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence • Create, adapt and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents and others • Interact daily with operations, marketing and escrow branches • Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2–5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals • Valid driver’s license • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives • Diplomacy and tact • Persistence, tenacity and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Flexibility and ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions • Understanding of market and competition, including identifying external threats and opportunities • Ability to persuade and influence others • Strong negotiation skills • Professional appearance and positive company image • Ability to attend real estate industry functions and community and real estate events • Ability to develop and execute call plans for qualified real estate agents, brokers and their staff, lenders and attorneys
