📋 Description

• Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from initial interest to move-in • Work inside and outside the community as a field sales representative • Generate professional referral leads through local medical, financial, and legal professionals, religious leaders, businesses, and organizations • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans • Meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals • Participate in Brookdale’s sales onboarding, coaching, continuing education, and use of customized marketing tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required • Valid driver’s license • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience • Senior Living experience preferred • Strong working knowledge of technology • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in electronic documentation
