📋 Description

• Follow up with dealers on all eligible applications after approval • Negotiate with dealerships to maximize FHF’s win rate for approved applications • Serve as the dealer’s single point of contact for communication with internal FHF teams • Monitor dealer behavior and identify red flags for dealer risk • Travel to dealerships based on assigned market needs • Support the Outside Sales team with dealer-related initiatives to increase volume • Support Servicing and Collections with dealer complaints and conflicts • Manage open applications to ensure timely dealer follow-ups • Manage dealer communication across internal FHF stakeholders • Help Underwriting and Inside Sales with loan originations and dealer relationships • Work with the Funding Department to collect documents and get loans booked • Help the team meet monthly and quarterly origination goals

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated historical career stability • BA/BS degree required and/or equivalent work experience • 1 year of previous sales or banking experience • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multitask and work self-reliantly • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook • Must be located within the United States • Must work Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00pm–11:30pm EST; CST/PST time zones only • Travel required to dealerships based on assigned market needs
