📋 Description

• Functions as the senior-most Information Security leader for ServiceMac • Establishes and maintains a comprehensive Information Security Program. • Serves as primary security advisor to executive leadership. • Maintains regulatory awareness and ensures proper controls and reporting structures are in place. • Oversees threat and vulnerability management, control implementation. • Oversees incident response planning and serves as escalation point for major security events. • Provides security architecture guidance for business and IT initiatives. • Leads security awareness initiatives and promotes strong security culture. • Oversees third-party risk in coordination with enterprise programs.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience required. • 5+ years of technical experience as a senior contributor. • 8+ years of management experience including 3–5 years of director-level experience. • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred. • Knowledge of security and control frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, and related enterprise governance models • Ability to translate enterprise Information Security strategy into actionable ServiceMac programs, measurable outcomes, and risk-based priorities. • Demonstrated understanding of Information Security, cyber risk management, and regulatory expectations applicable to financial services environments and mortgage servicing operations.
