📋 Description

• Supervise day-to-day operational activities of title employees in a Title Operations Center • Supervise title production employees working on transactions in New York • Assist with personnel management and ensure compliance with wage and work-hour laws • Provide input to goal setting for the functional area • Delegate tasks, manage workflow, and recommend staffing needs • Interview candidates, provide hiring recommendations, write and conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching • Manage disciplinary actions • Monitor processes and identify employee and organizational training needs • Drive cross-training objectives and organizational flexibility • Implement processes and metrics to improve customer service, quality, turnaround time, and productivity • Manage interaction with process workflow, FAST, and electronic imaging databases including TRD, DATATREE, and DATATRACE • Drive problem-solving activities and make informed decisions to ensure high-quality, low-cost products meeting turnaround-time SLAs • Liaise with global partners through production monitoring and performance measurement • Increase and maintain global production percentage consistent with capabilities and training • Provide regular status updates and reports to the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3–5 years of directly related experience • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role • Familiarity with company policies, contract coverage, and compliance concerns • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel • Solid technical knowledge of systems and appliances • Ability to interpret contracts • Ability to deliver information articulately and assertively, orally and in writing • Track record of executing day-to-day operational responsibilities and participating in, developing, and completing projects • Emerging leadership skills • Ability to implement and enforce processes ensuring compliance and quality • Ability to establish and maintain effective departmental working relationships • Ability to communicate the function’s vision and department’s direction and set aligned team goals • Reliable information sharing and good listening and communication skills
