📋 Description

• Responsible for the business development of Fabrication and Rebar production and operations across the organization nationwide • Monitor and maintain efficiency in all fabrication operations • Oversee fabrication and quality control across the business • Work closely with Regional and District Operations Managers, Branch Managers, Warehouse Managers, and regional Fabrication Managers • Manage fabrication operations including production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals • Develop and monitor fabrication production and quality standards and procedures • Apply knowledge of industry and competitive trends impacting production scope to fabrication processes • Oversee implementation of safety, health, and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites • Manage inventory levels across the business and through the production process • Manage, hire, train, and develop regional Fabrication managers • Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field • May require certification • Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines • Experience in fabrication or construction industry • Experience managing multiple sites in a manufacturing or production environment • Experience in utilizing financial indicators to measure performance and costs
