📋 Description

• Own overall P&L performance, including revenue, profitability, productivity, expense management, and financial objectives • Use financial, operational, customer, and market data to identify trends and opportunities • Create accountability for results while balancing near-term performance with long-term market strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive state strategy with Sales leadership • Identify market, customer, and operational opportunities and turn them into growth strategies • Align talent, technology, resources, and operational capabilities with market opportunities • Champion technology and innovation to improve growth, efficiency, customer experience, and employee effectiveness • Lead technological, operational, and organizational transformation • Prepare the market for future platforms and operating models • Lead title and escrow operations across multiple offices • Ensure service quality, risk management, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards • Evaluate workflows, staffing, organizational structure, and operating practices to improve productivity and scalability • Partner with Sales leadership on state growth strategy and market performance • Align operations with customer acquisition, retention, and expansion • Use customer insights, competitive dynamics, and market trends to inform decisions • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team • Establish expectations, accountability, talent pipelines, and succession plans • Create a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in title, escrow, real estate services, or a closely related industry • P&L ownership • Multi-site or regional operations experience • Proven success developing growth strategies • Experience leading meaningful technological, operational, or organizational transformation • Strong technology orientation • Financial and analytical acumen • Ability to build leadership teams • Ability to partner with Sales • Ability to identify opportunities and translate strategy into execution • Strategic and forward-thinking leadership • Strong business acumen • Demonstrated change leadership and innovation mindset • Talent development, collaboration, influence, and operational excellence
