📋 Description

• Contribute to development of product features and/or assist with program management • Document requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives • Apply end-to-end thinking and awareness of upstream and downstream impacts on delivery • Develop requirements, prioritize the backlog, manage the roadmap, and communicate across the enterprise • Support development of clear, actionable goals to drive product delivery • Lead technical and delivery teams in executing user stories and broader initiatives • Collaborate across teams to align product, business, and organizational needs • Build relationships with departments to support smooth product development • Engage clients and internal teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements • Develop a basic understanding of relevant banking regulations and internal compliance standards • Contribute to product roadmaps and support program management routines • Support development of solutions that facilitate and drive product vision and strategy in partnership with Product Specialists, Technology, and Digital • Represent user needs to technology teams and provide feedback to drive product priorities • Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years’ experience • Strategic thinking • Commercial banking product knowledge • Presentation and report writing • Data analysis • Project management • Extreme ownership with a strong sense of accountability and initiative • Systems thinking with ability to understand processes and interdependencies • Data-driven and risk-minded decision-making skills • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders • Relentless follow-through, ensuring commitments are executed and deliverables are completed on time • Data lineage • SQL • Python • Data modeling • Data quality and reconciliation • Advanced Excel • Data visualization
