📋 Description

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and post-launch support of approved new products, including related processes and procedures, aligned with applicable policy, risk appetite, and established controls • Develop and deliver standardized management reporting on new product implementations, including deployment status, identified issues, and follow-up activities • Monitor post-launch loan production and operational performance to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process or procedural adjustments • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing operational support for TPO partners and FLHS lenders, including job aids, procedures, training, pipeline monitoring, and live operational support • Coordinate approved process-improvement initiatives across FLHS and partner functions, supporting implementation, documentation, communication, and adoption of process changes • Maintain and administer the FLHS procedure library, coordinating periodic reviews and updates • Coordinate FLHS model governance activities, including model risk management documentation, reviews, updates, and ongoing monitoring • Coordinate responses to identified findings and track remediation activities through resolution • Coordinate new-vendor approval activities and ongoing vendor reviews according to vendor management requirements • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience in multiple facets of mortgage lending • Ability to communicate with customers, internal co-workers, vendors and other service providers in a timely and professional manner • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem resolution
