📋 Description

• Manage projects through effective initiation, planning, execution and closure, delivering with quality, speed and value • Own and drive successful large-scale project execution across multiple simultaneous projects • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget • Provide end-to-end project management for complex projects and programs, including scope definition, analysis, design, planning, execution and implementation • Guide tradeoff and risk-based decisions involving project scope, schedule and costs • Document organizational needs for solution execution and implementation • Apply lessons learned to develop improved processes • Track project progress, monitor and modify schedules, and provide status updates to Senior and Executive Management • Escalate issues when required and prepare data-based recommendations for management action • Coach and mentor junior PMO project managers and functional project leads • Improve processes related to project, program and portfolio management • Utilize project management software to plan, organize and track project activities across all departments of the bank

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, finance or related field of study OR Associate Degree/Two years of College + Two (2) years of related work/military experience OR Four (4) years of related work/military experience • Five (5) plus years of related formal project management experience • Current and active PMP Certification OR ability to acquire one within 18 months of start date • Experience in Agile or working as a Scrum Master within a team is a plus • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus • Previous experience working within an Enterprise PMO is a plus • Knowledge of Smartsheet, Planview PPM Pro or MS Project is a plus • Master’s degree is a plus
