📋 Description

• Lead strategic and consultative management for a portfolio of existing clients in the Financial Institution Acquiring vertical • Develop, identify, and execute account strategies aligned with Fiserv’s growth plans and client opportunities • Generate new demand, revenue, profit margin, and retention with assigned current clients • Lead multiple initiatives concurrently across different distribution models • Identify merchant prospects and drive new sales opportunities to closure through Fiserv’s sales distribution channels • Maintain proactive accountability to improve client experience and retention • Elevate and close client issues quickly and effectively

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in merchant acquiring, specifically in banking, card processing, merchant processing, check services, prepaid, and/or alternative payments • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience • 6+ years of experience in the Financial Institution Acquiring industry • 6+ years of experience managing client relationships in a financial or payment services environment • Certifications in project management or related fields • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time • Ability to work weekends/evenings, as necessary
