📋 Description
• Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to carry out the account plan • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions • Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives, including incident response and process improvement • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures • Maintain compliance with system audits and client profile updates • Complete administrative duties to ensure legal and contractual obligations are met
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience • 3+ years’ experience in customer service • Ability to travel up to 20% • Bachelor’s degree • Project Management experience • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience • Ability to make independent decisions, exercise good judgment, and manage complex issues
