📋 Description

• Identify and analyze complex operational problems and develop strategic solutions • Execute tactical plans to address and mitigate operational issues while minimizing disruption to business activities • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and develop effective resolutions • Manage and lead problem-resolution projects • Use advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and present actionable insights and recommendations • Monitor industry trends and best practices to improve problem-solving approaches and operational processes • Own the MoneyPass Locator and ensure compliance with MoneyPass guidelines, including enforcement of fines or penalties • Review disputes and arbitration and provide decisioning to the review board • Support adoption of AI technologies for operational excellence, productivity, client experience, automation, and innovation • Support client contract tracking, including reviewing contracts and amendments, logging key terms and special pricing, and advising teams of pricing updates • Provide timely, accurate, and relevant communications regarding network requirements and updates • Maintain client fee invoice pricing, including published and special contractual pricing updates • Support client invoicing operations, including card royalty billing, surcharge monitoring and billing, implementation fee billing, and billing-question research and response • Validate and monitor pricing and interchange setups on MoneyPass

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in business operations analysis, technical business analysis, client operations, or a similar role • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead operational initiatives, and drive timely resolution of business issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
