📋 Description

• Own outbound sales end-to-end while working closely with the founder • Build the outbound system and fill the sales pipeline • Write and run personalized multi-channel sequences across email, LinkedIn, and SMS • Cold-call leads • Book qualified meetings • Manage pipeline progression with planned next touchpoints and re-engagement of inactive conversations • Build a marketing plan to keep leads warm between conversations • Create newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and useful content • Own email outreach infrastructure and deliverability monitoring • Own LinkedIn automation and messaging workflows • Own CRM management and reporting • Use AI-driven research, personalization, and call preparation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of SDR experience at a startup • Experience building an SDR system from scratch rather than inheriting one • Strong knowledge of reply rate, positive-reply rate, meetings booked, and meetings held • Completely AI-native working style • Relentless follow-through on booked meetings and stalled deals • Comfortable cold-calling and performing manual prospecting work • Comfortable working without a manager, support staff, or established playbook • Motivation by the mission in health, behavior change, and human support • Bonus: experience selling into HR, employee benefits, health plans, or healthcare • Bonus: experience with conference-driven pipelines • Bonus: experience closing deals directly • Bonus: experience building automations with Zapier, n8n, or scripts • Familiarity with Instantly or Smartlead, secondary domains, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and deliverability monitoring • Familiarity with LinkedIn automation tools such as HeyReach or Expandi • Familiarity with SMS and WhatsApp for event and opted-in follow-up • CRM ownership and trusted reporting • Experience using Claude and LLMs for research, personalization, and call preparation
