📋 Description

• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels for corporate and venue roles • Build talent pipelines for servers, bartenders, line cooks, event staff, and venue leadership • Research local hospitality talent markets, schools, training programs, professional groups, and candidate communities • Review resumes and applications against role requirements and flag potential candidates for recruiter review • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Post, update, and audit job listings and maintain current, consistent job descriptions • Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and recruiting trackers • Support the candidate experience by answering applicant questions and sending timely status updates • Collaborate on projects to improve the hiring process, including interview guides, templates, and recruiting reports

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, events, entertainment, catering, retail, or other customer-facing experience preferred • Interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or Human Resources • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning new technology and working with spreadsheets and recruiting systems • Passionate about candidate experience • Curious, resourceful, organized, and comfortable connecting with people • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive and self-motivated • Able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Must reside and work in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Maryland, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina • Golf acumen strongly preferred; passion for golf is a plus but not required
