• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, B2B sales, business development, or high-performing call center environments • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales, conversion, or performance goals • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with customers • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience using CRM software • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a desire to continuously improve
