• Conduct research and identify potential prospects in the BCO market segment through various channels • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products and services • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve lead generation efforts • Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements
• Previous experience in Logistics Saas sales is a prerequisite • Experience in B2B outbound sales and managing large ACV contracts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Outbound Cold calling • Ability to cope with pressure and handle rejections • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to constantly change outreach style and methods and identify optimal ways to execute outreach initiatives • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with CRM software • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and quotas • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and services • Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
