📋 Description

• Create enthusiasm for FlexTrades’ traveling manufacturing trades positions, including CNC Machinists, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Assemblers/Builders, etc. • Source, interview, screen, and qualify candidates for skilled manufacturing job openings at client locations throughout the nation • Conduct 300+ weekly outbound sourcing calls, texts, and emails to build a strong candidate pipeline • Understand candidate requirements by studying job descriptions, info sheets, and job qualifications • Utilize recruiting software to manage candidate and employee information and initiate recruiting orders • Use job boards and the internet to source candidates for placement at client companies • Answer candidate and employee questions about FlexTrades job opportunities • Assign and evaluate character and skills assessments • Maintain candidate and employee relationships through courteous phone customer service and timely issue reporting • Meet and/or exceed weekly activity and output metrics • Perform basic administrative duties associated with Recruiting and Deployments • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion • Perform all other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of high volume recruiting • Previous recruiting or sales experience in a high-volume environment required • Previous experience meeting weekly metrics and/or key performance indicators • Strong desire to train and willingness to adapt to our model/processes • Ability to maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment • Positive and productive attitude • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent phone manner • Exceptional customer service skills • Strong multitasking skills • Available to work occasional nights and weekends during large-scale worker deployments • Experience with ATS Bullhorn a plus • Microsoft Teams experience preferred
