📋 Description

• Develop compelling grant proposals advancing Adena Health’s strategic priorities and community health initiatives • Support the full lifecycle of grant development • Identify and vet grant opportunities • Write and submit proposals • Coordinate post-award reporting • Collaborate with team members across departments to source content • Shape project ideas into fundable concepts • Coordinate internally with finance, program staff, and external partners • Report to the Manager of Sponsored Programs

🎯 Requirements

• Associate Degree required • Associate Degree with 3–5 years relative experience required • De-escalation training within 6 months • Strong writing skills • Sharp eye for alignment • Understanding of how to frame programs and data in a persuasive, funder-ready way • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Public Health, Non Profit Management or related field preferred • Certified Grants Professional (GPC) preferred • Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years relative experience preferred
