📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events, RFPs, and contract negotiations across SaaS, professional services, IT hardware, and non-product spend • Manage 30–50 monthly requisitions and 100+ annual supplier renewals in Coupa and Omnea • Review and redline vendor and company agreements with Legal and InfoSec • Own procurement reporting and analytics, translating Coupa spend data, cycle times, and savings metrics into executive-ready dashboards • Partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to establish sourcing paths and category playbooks • Build lean, flexible procurement processes and shift procurement toward proactive, data-informed category management

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience leading end-to-end strategic sourcing events • Experience negotiating commercial terms for SaaS, services, or hardware contracts • Proficiency with Coupa • Advanced Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and spend reporting • Ability to review and redline vendor agreements alongside legal teams • Ability to identify risk and drive favorable terms • Ability to independently identify process improvements and take initiative on upcoming renewals • Ability to make sound decisions with limited information • Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments is a plus
