📋 Description
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for FlockSafety.com • Translate company and audience priorities into digital experiences • Own information architecture, navigation, and audience journeys • Partner with growth leadership on website governance and content lifecycle decisions • Guide CRO and SEO strategy, including AEO and GEO optimization • Manage direct reports and cross-functional partners • Direct external development partners • Manage Webflow infrastructure • Ensure site performance, accessibility, QA, and technical health • Analyze website data and user behavior to make roadmap decisions • Identify and address broken interactions, weak UX, and conversion bottlenecks
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in web strategy, digital product management, or digital experience owning high-impact websites • Strong strategic and creative judgment • Track record of leading a website through a major redesign or transformation • Technical fluency with modern CMS platforms such as Webflow • Working knowledge of web performance, UX, accessibility, CRO, and SEO • Ability to analyze website data and user behavior to make roadmap decisions • Experience managing direct reports or cross-functional contributors • Preferred experience supporting complex B2B buying journeys • Authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Ability to meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification requirements if required, including FBI CJIS Security Policy requirements and a fingerprint-based background check
