📋 Description

• Lead core operational processes supporting ACIS Services for industrial or utility customers • Provide operational leadership across Intent to Remittance-related activities • Lead ACIS Service Business Development, Tendering, and Operations strategy and processes • Develop and execute new service offerings • Manage the ACIS Service portfolio for industrial or utility customers • Develop business and ensure operations across all portfolio projects • Own Activity P&L and project execution responsibility • Drive margin improvement versus the Operating Plan • Drive operational consistency, standardization, and governance across service support activities • Align processes and resources with business, project, and customer requirements • Support execution planning and operational issue resolution • Support portfolio health reporting, reviews, and escalation management • Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive action planning • Lead Inquiry to Order and Order to Remittance activities for portfolio customers • Align operations strategy with commercial strategy • Partner with commercial and operations teams to support key customers • Define and execute operational milestones, handoffs, and process requirements across the ITO and OTR lifecycle • Ensure project execution governance, including kick-off meetings, project reviews, and activity postmortems • Lead indirect reports and coordinate with sourcing, quality, EHS, project management, operations, and service stakeholders • Travel to project sites, field operations, and business activities across North America

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering, Project Management, or Operations degree, or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering • 15 years of experience in Customer Service functions • Experience with GE Grid products • Experience in an innovative Service environment • Experience coordinating different businesses and cultures • Previous experience in a matrix organization desirable • Knowledge of High Voltage equipment and solutions • Internal and external negotiation skills • Process improvement and service-specific knowledge to determine and satisfy customer requirements • Experience in Operations leadership roles with P&L responsibility • Strong experience building, working with, and leading multifunctional operations teams in a global and matrix environment • Strong process and operational experience • Strong Industrial Service business and financial acumen • Understanding of the Services business • Knowledge of financial processes and reporting • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • High results and quality orientation • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to travel approximately 40% to 50%
