📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day project workflow for existing store remodels/resets and department resets • Maintain, implement, and follow through on company brand standards and visual merchandising • Perform merchandising projects, planogram maintenance, product pack out, and display/signage maintenance • Work in teams with on-site supervision and provide service to multiple store departments • Execute approved general bay service, tasking, projects, and resets safely, accurately, and efficiently • Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers • Ensure POP signage, price signs, and other visual merchandising standards meet the Merchandising Standards Guide • Ensure safety and operational standards are met during projects • Complete projects and tasks on time • Communicate cross-project information regarding sets, fixtures, merchandise layout, and bay elevations • Execute project timelines and communicate issues to the District Install Manager

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job • Experience working in a retail environment and merchandising department • Proven problem-solving and team building skills • Excellent organizational skills • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite • Must be detail-oriented • Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment • Frequent car travel required • Ability to exert 10–50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
