📋 Description

• Act as the primary functional subject matter expert for FloQast’s SAP integration strategy • Serve as subject matter expert for FloQast’s integration ecosystem, including APIs, connectors, SAP, SFTP, and SAML • Join late-stage sales opportunities to demonstrate SAP integrations and secure stakeholder buy-in • Strategize with Sales on next steps and functional alignment with prospects’ accounting teams • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on integration developments • Translate FloQast’s tri-modal connectivity architecture into operational benefits for accounting users • Consult on month-end close workflow automation, SAP job orchestration, and T-code execution • Map close processes to SAP data structures and support ingestion of trial balances, GL transactions, subledgers, and custom tables • Maintain customer-facing integration collateral and best-practice guides • Answer sales-team integration questions for customer use cases • Deliver integrations and FloQast test environments for proof-of-concepts • Write regular expressions to parse file names and contents for ERP and financial data processing • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering about SAP integration gaps • Perform other duties supporting the Solutions Consulting department, company, and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Financial Systems, Solutions Consulting, or Sales • Proven track record of engaging accounting audiences and driving pre-sales success • Deep understanding of SAP environments, including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Integration Suite entitlements, and SAP Public vs. Private Cloud deployment models • Deep understanding of corporate accounting workflows, month-end close challenges, and financial reporting needs • Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP S/4HANA or ECC, including configuration, integration, or migration of ERP modules • Experience with cloud storage systems and administration within a team setting • Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions and administration within a team setting • Experience navigating SAP data dictionaries and standard SAP table structures, such as ACDOCA • Experience implementing or supporting SAP API (OData/RESTful) and SFTP integration projects in financial or ERP systems • Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment • Strong verbal and written skills for live meetings, Zoom, and/or email • Ability to explain complex SAP integration concepts in business-friendly terms • Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to rapidly changing demands • Ability to travel up to 25% • Visa sponsorship is NOT available at this time • Nice to have: experience publishing/updating technical documentation • Nice to have: experience using AI tools, particularly Claude • Nice to have: experience with FloQast or similar financial close management software
